EDUCATIONAL
ACD Arts can provide an alternative for students who may otherwise be engaged in activities that are detrimental to themselves and society. Culture and traditions are a vehicle that is used to uphold and hold individuals to high moral standards. It similarly allows us to learn and propagate good traditions and practices. We can learn about culture through many ways, especially art and music such as through dances, folk music, story-telling, drama, paintings, sculptures, costumes, talks, and literature. In order for us to learn about cultures better, they need to have accurate historical facts, good examples and effective ways of educating others about that culture. Targeting the young generation and presenting other cultures in age-appropriate ways enables them to appreciate other cultures and find their own place from rich age-old traditions and ways.
COMMUNITIES
Communities thrive due to different factors including diversity. Individuals from different backgrounds work together to share skills and knowledge. Understanding diversity requires knowledge and awareness of other cultures. The idea of tolerance and unity in a society requires sensitivity, respect and curiosity. African culture helps people with African heritage find their identity, learn about their roots and recognise their contribution to society. History about the pride and challenges of a particular culture is key to education. Learning cultures solve problems, their art, their languages and their unique talents. Arts are a form of therapy for some people.
CORPORATE
Anniversary events, award events, celebratory events...
Work with media companies to produce professional content that will be used on electronic platforms to provide visuals and sound. Work with sound recording engineers to capture authentic and different sounds surrounding specific cultural arts such as folk songs and instruments. Work with publishers to produce content and distribute it to reputable platforms which in turn make this information available rather than depend on scattered bits of information on the internet. Work with cultural centre and entertainer to produce authentic and creative routines both for entertainments purposes and education purposes.

I just wanted to say that we would love you to be able to return to Heathfield again next year. It was such a fantastic experience for our Year 7 students. Thank-you for all the effort and time that you gave towards Brampton National. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. What you produced with the pupils was excellent. It was definitely a taste of Africa, so than you so much. Also, what would you be able to offer in terms of 'Black History Month' that happens in October? If you could let me know what is available I would appreciate it.
