So how do we work...?
We provide a wide range of professional services to meet your needs. Educational services capture our expertise due to the wide scope of achievements and potential in their delivery.

Our workshops last for between 30-60 minutes for each session with no more than 30 participants per session usually. We can be flexible about this however, and we're open to different approaches depending on the way you would like to organise the chosen African workshops.
Our workshops are usually led by at least 2 facilitator-tutors because we believe that's when we can provide more outreaching and immersive experience for the children due to more hands-on interaction with them. The good news is you receive a 20% discount if two or more tutors OR more than one workshop is booked.
For enquiry regarding workshops with nursery or reception age groups, we do recommend you book a couple of artists tutors to ensure that the children have as much expressible opportunity as possible. Whilst the lead facilitator is leading the activity, another artist tutor would perhaps also be present to offer more support/help to the young people as they participate in the sessions.
Workshops across drumming, story telling, dance with costumes and costumes indeed can be combined with different elements. We can also look into a venue where to hold the sessions but this may incur a surcharge. We would need to draw up a timetable and also fix a date and duration for it.
We can start off with an Introductory Assembly consisting of talk about the day ahead. This is always good as it would get the young excited about taking part in the activities. It would create an incredible atmosphere. This would take about 20-30 minutes.
We could do another gathering towards/at the end so the children can perhaps also showcase to each other their end products from the activities they would have got involved during the season of Themed Day.
For drumming workshop each child would have a drum. The facilitator/s would bring along some props like dancing raphia skirts (which children would just need to tie around their waists) to use during workshops sessions.
Our workshops run for between 45 mins to 1 hour (except for nursery or reception children due to their concentration span-these can be and are usually a little shorter let's say 30-40 minutes each). Usually we run sessions where children can come in the main hall or dance studios working on a stipulated time table that runs through out the day with morning and lunch breaks.
